Arbitration court of the "Arbitr" Legal Union" Association is the independent, non-government independent permanent arbitration court, which operates under the Law "On arbitration courts", the Rules and Regulations of the permanent arbitration court of the "Arbitr" Legal Union" Association. The founder of the permanent arbitration court is the "Arbitr" Legal Union" Association. The aim of the arbitration court is protection of property and non-property rights and legitimate interests of parties of the arbitration process through a comprehensive review and resolution of disputes in accordance with the law.
The arbitration court operates on principles of legality, independence of arbitrators and their subordination only to the law, equality of all participants in the arbitration review before the law and the arbitration court, contentiousness of parties, freedom to provide their evidence to the arbitration court, obligatoriness of the arbitration court judgments for the parties, comprehensiveness, completeness and objectiveness of resolving disputes, facilitating the parties in reaching their settlement at any stage of the arbitration review. Legal bodies and/or individuals have the right to submit any dispute that arises out of civil or economic relations, regardless of whether they are contractual in nature to the arbitration court, except as provided by Law of Ukraine "On arbitration courts".
The following cases cannot be delivered to the arbitration court: cases of disputes about the invalidation of laws and regulations; cases of disputes which arise at the conclusion, change, cancellation and execution of economic contracts related to meeting public needs, cases involving state secrets, business disputes arising out of family relationships, except for cases of disputes which arise from marriage contracts (agreements), cases of disputes about reestablishing debtor solvency and his recognition of bankruptcy, one of the parties is a public authority, local authority government agency or organization; cases in which at least one of the parties is a non-resident of Ukraine.
The dispute may be delivered to the arbitration court if the parties have an arbitration agreement, which meets the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On arbitration courts".
